Smart Parke - Pet Boarding and Daycare Re-Imagined

I had just done an evaluation with Smart Parke; preparing for needing to board my dog at some point in the future. Two days after the evaluation I was in need of their boarding services. They were very gracious and accommodating. I appreciated their sensitivities to my concerns as my 2 year Golden Doodle had never been boarded before. I really appreciated being able to see him on the cameras throughout the day. He was shy and did not engage with the other dogs very much but I appreciated knowing he was in a safe place and was being take care of. Especially since my need for boarding was a stressful situation which was made less so by his care. Thank you to the staff for their care and concern for Roger.

We left our puppy for the first time for four hours this week, and he had so much fun. The caring employees give a lot of individual attention while still keeping their eyes on all the dogs in their care. We were able to watch the dogs remotely on their live webcam, which was very reassuring that our puppy was in good hands and enjoying himself. This is such a better option when we have to be gone than leaving him at home alone. Everyone at Smart Parke seemed happy and friendly, and all the dogs were genuinely excited to go play with their friends when they arrived. Thank you Smart Parke for providing a safe and fun place for our fur baby when we can't be home.

Our 1 year-old english golden retriever was dropped off for an evaluation on how well she would do with other dogs. Although she was nervous, it was a great learning social experience for her. The staff were attentive and gave great feedback. I was also able to check in on her through the web cams. We both agreed a few more times at day camp would help build her confidence and she would open up to socializing more. The place was very spacious and clean. The staff we encountered were friendly.

Another fantastic stay for Bella! Smart Parke staff are friendly and helpful. They are very organized and took great care of Bella. They managed her prescription diet and medication well and returned all of her belongings when I picked her up as well. Having been to another boarding place previously that did not do a good job taking care of Bella, giving her medication, prescription diet or returning her belongings, I was nervous at first. Having the cameras all over the indoor/outdoor facility and in Bella’s very nice, roomy & private room was so great to be able to keep an eye on her.

We boarded our pups for 10 days while traveling on the east coast. They sent us the cutest daily videos and report cards by text. They handled our senior pup really well. All his meds were given properly - we know this because his mobility was very good when he returned . Our younger energetic pup also seemed very happy. Great spot!

Ziggy had a very playful and happy evaluation day! We saw him through the Webcam and He was always playing happy! When we picked him up, he was relaxed in the car after a very busy day! After that, Ziggy spend 7 days at Smart Parke, we were out of town, but we always felt connected with him and the crew. The cameras are fantastic! Every time I reach out to the crew, they answered very fast. So, Ziggy had a great time making friends and we had a relaxing time.
